MODE Architectural Principle Designer Bob Bonniol co-designed the video display facade, control & playback systems, and content for the four hundred foot storefront of the Kid's Cavern on the Cotai Strip in Macau along with Abbey Rosen Holmes and Manny Treeson of NYX Design.

The facade, part of a store design created by Callison Architecture and Dillonworks!, needed to serve as an attractor, bringing customers towards the store.  It also had to provide evolving visual interest in a challenging environment that was flooded with natural light.

The custom LED installation system uses two pixel sizes, one for the main wall surface, and one for the sofits around the windows.  The pixels are mapped into a single coherent video environment.

Video content was created for a four hour loop of images, which range through kinetic and atmospheric states, calculated to entertain and attract patrons to the store entrances.
