Abbey has worked internationally creating lighting and video designs for concert touring, television, architecture and corporate events. 

Abbey has designed concert tour lighting for some of the most critically acclaimed artists of our generation; including Cher, The Cure, Janet Jackson, Peter Gabriel, Shakira, Pet Shop Boys, Talking Heads, Herbie Hancock, Roger Water’s The Wall/Berlin, Jean Michel Jarre and many others. 

Recent architectural projects include the High Roller Observation Wheel for Caesar’s Entertainment in Las Vegas, and the New Yaohan Kid’s Cavern Store Exterior at the Sands Macau, China.

Her video design work spans the worlds of art, music, culture and commerce for a range of a clients and environments including projects for the Dragone Group, the Walt Disney Company, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Martina McBride, The Cure, Herbie Hancock, Bryan Ferry, and Turner Broadcasting. 

Television and film projects include Philly 4th of July Jam on VH1, A New York Christmas to Remember on CBS, Shakira’s Oral Fixation and Live in Paris DVDs, Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert, Walt Disney Pictures, Martina McBride Waking Up Laughing for PBS Great Performances, The Cure/Trilogy, Jazz at Lincoln Center Higher Ground Hurricane Relief Benefit for PBS, and the Emmy nominated Cher: The Farewell Tour on NBC, 

Recently Abbey was the lighting designer for Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, Dancing with the Stars Live in Las Vegas, and the YouTube Play Biennial Event at the Guggenheim Museum. 

Abigail Rosen Holmes received her BA in Art from Brown University. She previously worked at Walt Disney Imagineering, and recently spent two years as an Associate Professorat Carnegie Mellon School of Drama teaching lighting and video to her students.
